To truly enjoy the smile sessions you must first hear brian wilson presents smile from 2004 to be able to put this box set into context.
Brian wilson presents smile in my opinion is an unparalleled masterpiece and the greatest album ever captured on vinyl.
The smile sessions fixes all those issues and it will melt your soul with its beauty but sounds noticeably incomplete compared to this album especially love to say dada which sounds dull and empty compared to what it became in 2004 and the flow of the album sounds less organic and tight.
